Dirt 2.0 ps4 DLC content question

Just got this game. Day One edition. Trying to get my head around what DLC to buy.

Would I be correct in saying that if I pay real money in the playstation store for the Germany, Sweden and Monte Carlo tracks, I'll then have all the tracks in the game available to play immediately?

Yes,once you payed and downloaded the dlc ,those are available to play with immediately.
I would suggest you to go for the season pass,so you will have all dlc from season 1 & 2.
Cause there are some nice cars also ...

How/where do I buy a season pass?

All I see on the playsation store are a lot of individual cars, the 3 aforementioned tracks + a Deluxe content pack for £21.99.

Is that the season pass?
 
Cheers! I saw deluxe version on 50% sale on playstation store yesterday so I bought it. Will sell my physical version of the game
 
Loving the game. Can't see the Germany rally tho. Nor Monte.

Do I need to unlock them with gameplay achievements? How?

Even with the Deluxe Edition and Season pass you still have to go to the Playstore and click download, you just won't have to pay.
