I'm surprised that there's only a couple ovals in GT4 and none of them are dirt. Let me explain why. I enjoy hopping to the occasional 1/4 mile oval around my area, and its fun because of the speed but right now I don't have that luxury. I moved away to college now and I wanted to find a new race hangout, so i drove to Albany-Saratoga Speedway yesterday, and from the racing I saw, These guys actually give drifting a purpose and their V8s sound amazing!!!! Here's my favorite pic:

I had been watching dirtbikes and harleys all day so they brought the racecars in late, so i only saw the warmups but from what i saw, i'm hooked. They don't just drift a bit for show, they are sideways THROUGH half of the track, in very competitive racing. So my question is, where can I find a game where i can do THIS??

I have played both of them and they are really fun. Just make sure you have a big enough TV for split screen racing, otherwise its to small to see stuff.

SNS looks good and I have seen that at circuit city before. I'm not into sprint cars though, always thought looked weird.

(not worried about 900 degrees)

Question, what about the Dirt to Daytona NASCAR game?

We rented Saturday Night Speedway right after we bought the PS2. Very fun, especially in 2 player mode. I'll definitely add it to the collection when I see it in the bargain bin.
I live in Southern Maine now and there aren't any dirt bullrings around like when I lived in the Midwest. I love highbrow Road Racing but it's also real fun to sit in the stands on a hot summer night and get coated in dirt, rubber and cheap lager.

Yeah it's a good experience to actually be there.

I tried to buy the game yesterday and today I called up all of the shops in the next 10 miles, all sold out. I either have to order it online or my dad has a good friend, software engineer that can copy it for me, but I really really can't wait.
