What is up with all of the dirty nascar rooms? Its kinda hard to find a decent NASCAR room when over half of them are dirty nascar and pretty much the other half are high boost rooms. I am a hardcore NASCAR fan and it is a disgrace to the sport to see these kids disgracing NASCAR in this way. Its a race, not a demo derby people, learn to drive and quit making these stupid rooms. IMO, you all are NASCAR wanna be's that never will be. Anyone else feel my pain on this? And as far as boost goes, you already have an over exaggerated draft, you don't need boost. How hard is it to keep up with the pack? Again I say, learn to drive. Thanks, rant over.

Sorry to you boys in the States, but a heap of my friends and I really enjoy chillin' out with 'No Rules NASCAR' races. It's alot of fun...can't really say why it is...but serious you should give it a go sometime.:tup:

Dude, what do you HONESTLY expect from a room that is labeled "dirty"? Serious question.

Now, if dirty behavior is occurring in a room where people are not well informed [with a label] that the room is "dirty", then you've got a gripe.

Believe it or not, some "dirty" room hosts get irate over backwards driving. Everything else goes. When entering a "dirty" room, you better be ready for beating and banging. Possibly with teams. Maybe even Rollerball or something. Expect ANYTHING. Well, except clean racing.

I suppose if you went ion a room labeled "Cops & Robber" and 15 other drivers were hunting and attacking you, you'd be upset?

I think your missing the whole point of my first post. Why don't you go back and read it very carefully. Everyone else here gets it but you. I'll simplify it for you. And yes, I know all about IRACING, been playing it since its inception. I race in the same leagues as earnhardt jr. and the rest of the big boys. Just thought I'd try this game for a change and enjoy it for what it is, a driving simulator. Certainly not a demo derby simulator. But to sum up what you said, you are getting annoyed at the actions of others which have no affect on you. You are complaining about the manner in which some people play a game which they payed for. You are complaining because not everyone shares the same mentality towards this GAME as you.

Here is a big hint coming your way: get over yourself. Unless they are doing something that directly affects you (which in this case it doesnt), you have no reason to complain. This mentality that you have that "dirty rooms are the scum of the earth" should be saved for your iracing, somewhere which requires a subscription fee, and requires that you obtain an expensive wheel just to be competitive. Somewhere where (and correct me if I'm wrong) you are rated on how and put in likeminded lobbies. There's good reason why every man and child don't play iracing (could have something to do with the expenses for it), yet anyone with a ps3 can pick up gt5 for some fun. And that's all it is for them, fun. What gets you off might not tickle someone else's fancy, and vice versa. So let people play how they want to play, as long as it doesn't directly affect you.

And here's another tip for you, and indeed every other arrogant American here and worldwide: the world doesn't revolve around you. The fact you were only complaining about NASCAR rooms being dirty is what led me to that point. Let them play what ever track and car they want (including your ovals and NASCARs) in the wat they want to.

Get off your elitist high horse and come mingle with everyone else for a change.

Back on topic, I have been on both sides of the NASCAR fence. I have friends who race NASCARs cleanly, and one who also engages in Dirty NASCAR. I have been kicked for irreconcilable lag issues whenever I use my mic, which I generally try to avoid using when in an online lobby, unless I get severely agitated.

I prefer NASCAR over Indy Racing League, but am not stuck up enough to avoid turning left and right in dem Cup cars. I like doing reduced power races on Daytona, but my friends don't.


I have one problem with the nationalism that hosts posess at times. Despite the fact that I was born in America and speak English, and I spoke clear English before my room entry comment popped up, but to no avail and got kicked for having any trace of Spanish in the comment. In the Cup series, Juan Montoya, enough said.


I don't have a problem with the people who host Dirty NASCAR rooms, I just have a problem with the imbeciles who will go out of their way to intentionally put you into the wall. And to those imbeciles I say, this is ChrisTuna, f:censored: you and good night.

I don't ever enter any NASCAR lobbies, but I guess it must suck for the guys trying to find a clean race. I don't think you should bash the guys in "Dirty NASCAR" rooms though. Every now and again it is fun just to smash into things as opposed to racing, and at least it takes a few of the dirty drivers out of clean race rooms.

It's late, I've had a few, and I know I will not be driving well. Do you really want me going into a clean NASCAR room? I doubt it. I havent raced online in awhile and it was nice to see some rooms clearly labeled 'Dirty'. It gave me some time to warm up to online racing again without looking like a jackass in a clean room.

I should note that I saw no shortage of clean NASCAR rooms when I jumped into the dirty room so I dont see any problem other then the OP having some control issues.

Dirty Nascar rooms are fun. Simple as that. When I'm online, I notice about a 50/50 ratio of clean rooms to dirty rooms. Either you're not trying hard enough to find a clean room, or you're just a troll.

And in the clean rooms, guess what?!?! They actually race clean! Imagine that.

Crashes are stupid and frustrating. It's not called the real crashing simulator. A room of clean and smart NASCAR drivers can be very exciting, difficult and intense. The key is to not run with any DS3 drivers, because they simply can't hold a steady line around Daytona.

This could be something i could rant about because i know of people(myself included) who use a DS3 in NASCAR rooms that can hold a line. If the name of the room is NASCAR clean or something along those lines then you should get people that know how to race clean with a wheel or DS3

Dirty nascar will not fade , there are more dirty nascar rooms than clean and each to there own you stay in your room and will stay in ours . However for the guy that said dirty nascar drivers cant hold a line lmao i can run 223 before the curve and 209 out on a good lap "alone no one on the track but me SON ! I gave up racing NASCAR cars awhile ago and have moved on to other types of racing but with you making rants like that, makes me wanna come out of retirement, so to speak, and put you in your place. Not to sound elitist, but ask anyone around here that knows me or has raced with me, your picking on the wrong person.
