Disc read error ((inconsistency))

I have this problem where it would play GT4 for a while (2-3 races). Until the red disk comes up while loading and it makes a ticking noise this has happened before $145 and a year later it's doing it again, not worried about the warranty as i have a slimline

EDIT: Fixed it yesterday cleaned it as well
