no rain.......just wet roads but dont u think if gt4 had snow and all that stuff how cool it would be....think about it P Digital making snow and stuff....would be so  real looking

Asking there to be rain on this game is like asking there also to be snow and any other type of precipitation that there can be.

Don't you know that for the roads to be wet to that degree that it must have rained?

If no ones around and a tree falls in the forest does it make a sound?

Active rain would cool though.  The rain drops splattering on the windshield, windshield wipers squeeking on glass.  The sounds alone would be cool and the visuals could be awesome!!!
