Plus, I think that adding more questions to go through all possible preferences (including exploits such as the birthday exploit) would do a better job for you.
 
In the question 8

"If yes what was your most common motivation for doing so?"

I would add: Not have the time to complete the achievements.

Reason? work, kids, life.
 
Did the questionnaire but was disappointed.

It was mostly about clean/dirty racing as opposed to cheating and exploits.

Naturally being multiple choice there cant be an option for everything otherwise each answer would have about 26 responses and the survey would be about 500 questions long. They are GT5 specific problems which doesn't necessarily relate many other racing games, but they have been noted all the same. However if there is something important you feel strongly about then feel free to leave a comment in the final text box labelled as 12.

Doned. Even if you have to re-do the questionnaire because of missing scope, or contradictions etc. this should still be useful information, even if it only serves as an example of "what not to do". :)
