some premiumized standards would be nice, wouldn't take as long as new premiums that are made from scratch, cars like the AE86, and other cars, along with new cars too of course, driving premium cars that were standards wouldn't change much, but it would be nice.......

Even if Forza 4 has better graphics, GT5 still owns the best physics you can get on a console. :D

+1, I've played the Forza 3 demo at target before, while I'm not sure thats the best example of its physics, I just couldn't stand them, they just felt, off, not necessarily arcady, but I just didn't like them, and I played it before I played GT5, so I didn't even have those physics in my memory yet.

Palm to the face.

This is what you get when a company cares more about profit than the actual game. Last FM4 dig, promise.

If you can find even a sniff of information i'll give you 3 shiny pennies. There's literally nothing.

*sigh* It gets to me that its a wish list then and no one is actually discussion how it will effect the community..

My original title was 'DLC confirmed' and the OP says to chat amongst yourselves but a mod changed the title.

I see the same thing with the fighting community but there is no sneak peaks with PD..

I think nk4e means we are suppose to be talking about GT5 and this tread turned into a Forza discussion

We have only briefly touched on FM4 to discuss how the release of the game will effect the community if spec 2.0 doesn't do its job.

Us drifters feel left out, there's NASCAR tracks for the NASCAR drivers, rally tracks for the rally drivers but no drifting tracks for us drifters? That's pretty much all I want

I realize it was brief, I should have said looks like it was turning into FM4 discussion but that's done now, sorry about the confusion

HksDrifter yes we do need drift tracks, and a point to point downhill section in the track editor

and a point to point downhill section in the track editor

that would be realy amazing. but i realy dont think there is gonna be more than 1 maybe 2 things in the DLC that is done with us drifters i thought.

Not to beat the FM horse to death. Played on a buddy's GT2 and CSP setup. Definitely something odd going on with 900-degree mode. Was not bothered to get hyped about it after, -1 for the FM drifters again for the 4th time. PS3 and PC owns... always...

Update as expected, not really any surprises, just features that should have been there already. DLC - race car pack doesn't sound promising for us but I still hold a glimpse of hope for track packs.

An interesting new feature that was listed is 'improved physics'. Does this mean a new tyre model, damage model etc?
Also, from the horses mouth, Kaz specifically says users requested in car view for standards, however I'm not sure anyone actually has as we just wanted standards updated to premiums.
Overall quite a bit of a kick in the teeth as far as i'm concerned and I wouldn't be surprised if at least 10% moved on from GT5.

Great news for me about Spec 2.0

And sad news about DLC. Well if there will be at least one JDM car, I will buy it. Still I hope to see some good tracks in DLC.

Hella nice kit on the FD RM, i hope it doesn't sound sucky like the current FD

Pictures, source? Need to see it asap plus it hints to aero.
Never mind, saw that rx7 before and assumed it was the RE rx7.
It's obviously going to have horrible downforce for drifting and a BGW, but for 1 make time attacks - WIN
