I hit tab till I found the submit button after registering. Keep hitting tab and you should be able to dredge through it to get your psn code:tup:

I downloaded this for 1 of my profiles then logged into a different profile and it imported the Camaro there as well. To double check I opened my 3rd profile and it is in there as well. So once you download it to one profile you will have it across all of your profiles (I would assume up to 5 as previously posted)

That is correct that is how I have my chrome and stealth cars.
You can even have it across multiple PS3's.
