DLC Car Pack 2 & 3 missing

Hi,

Hopefully someone can help.

I purchased the following DLCs
- Complete Pack
- Course Pack
- Car Pack 2
- Car Pack 3

My Disc is from Hong Kong, I made purchases in HK Playstation store.

It installed the Course pack and Complete pack but both car packs 2 & 3 dont show up in the purchased contents in GT5.

I checked my transactions management/Services List and it shows:
- Racing pack
- Racing Gear pack
- Paint Pack
- Course Pack
But the two car packs do not appear in this list?

Any ideas on how to fix?

have deleted profile and also game data, reinstalled and still no help.
sony haven't replied to my emails.

Or email playstation, they walked me through how to get my downloads.
And they replied within an hour of my email so it's really easy and quick.
 
Yea, the Sony support generally & never answears any eMails, if you ever find a eMail adress somewhere. :lol:

They want to get a phone call, for which you have to pay for! And even then, they are still trying to being completely retards on the phone. Small tip: sound mature, be friendly like Bree from Desperate Housewifes, keep all your correct account info to hand (eMail adress & birthday is very important) & don't ask too much. ;)

I could tell you a story after I called them to get my accounts back after the PSN outage. You wouldn't believe it. :banghead:
 
Try and download the Family Upgrade, at PlayStation Store... It worked for me, when I've moved my PS3 from my house to a friends, and suddenly all the DLC cars wasn't available, anymore... - It worked for me.

Car Packs 2 and 3 don't need the family upgrade as they already have that "included" in their coding.
