DLC cheaper for PS plus members

Is it true the Dlc is cheaper for PS plus members and if so what do you do if you bought the DLC (complete package for the full price)

I know for a fact because I tried to buy it earlier and I literally have 11.95 in my wallet - so I was $0.04 short and it threw up the "add more funds" screen. But that's when I noticed it didn't give me the discount so it's not like I would have confirmed the purchase, but who knows; I might have just clicked yes in my haste if that screen didn't come up.

In EU the PSN+ deal was released a few days after the DLC was released. Naturally, I was too impatient to wait.

Could be yes, but no doubt some EU guys might be asking the same thing as the OP. I also paid full price even though I am a plus subscriber, so I am expecting a partial refund. Best thing to do for US members is to ask on the US Sony forums about the situation.

I just got off the phone with Sony and the lady gathered all my info, and put in a request for refund of the difference. She said I could expect a status update within 24 hours and these things are handled case by case.

When I purchased it last night, I had the option of paying the $11.99 or signing up for a PSN+ account and getting it for $8.99. The PSN+ account was $17.99 for three months, so I just opted for the $11.99 buy.

the PS Plus members that paid full price did so because they didn't check in the PS Plus section, it's kind of dumb for Sony or PD not to advertise the PS Plus price on the pack regardless, not have two different versions, seems like they're intentionally trying to dupe people

The discount was not in the Plus section on release date in EU, so even if you did check, it wasn't there. It was announced on the Playstation blog though. I simply decided I didn't care for the 3 euros and got it at release date instead of waiting two days.

I did check the ps+ pages when the dlc came out, half expecting some sort of benefit for my outlay (uk member) and there was nothing mentioned about a discount for members, so I bought it anyway. Effing typical.

well called sony Today they said there is a chance that they would just refund my money and I would re download it through ps plus. this is only a posiblitiy since the user agreement on ps plus is all sales are final
