I hope that PD makes DLC with some new track like Spa and Silverstone because there is a lack of real-life tracks in this game!

There's a lack of tracks in general. Where's Midfield? Apricot Hill? Motegi? Costa Di Amalfi? Citti di Aria? Paris? HK? NY? Seattle? Seoul? Pikes Peak? The list could go on and on.
 
huuush dont let they know that we actually will pay for this (i know i really hate to but to be honest i would pay for it yes) maybe we will get them for free (wich again i think we should) :)

Maybe they were on weed while choosing what cars to get in the game. I've asked the same question a thousand times. It's just that no one can answer.

It's not just GT5. Forza 3 added it as DLC. The M6 is bizarrely ignored in the M5's favor in many games.

It feels great to know that we're gonna be getting new cars via DLC and i'll be paying anything to get new cars :sly:. As a BMW insider from one of the BMW blogs stated in celebration of revealing the new BMW 1 Series M Coupe.



What this guy says is very very creditable. As he is always one of the very first if not the first to spread and confirm rumors that covers all the internet.

Do you know if there will be any new tracks or perhaps any new events for career mode? These are much needed features for upcoming DLC in my opinon!

Well you said it. Forza3 got it as DLC. Why can't i have it as DLC? i surely hope it's coming with a bunch of the missing cars like the CTS-V.

I doubt any profitable company would make DLC free. I mean some things will be free, but I predict a small fee of like a dollar a car and it goes straight into your garage.

I think those of us that ponied for the CE should get DLC free.

That wasn't a random post. That guy posted pictures of the car hours before BMW offiacly unveiled it. And previously leaked in some photo's of the E92 3 series face lift a week before it was officialy unveiled. He leaked in 6 series photos before BMW officially unveiled it. That guy is majic. If anything is happening inside BMW he'd know it. And he knows that PD is taking care of the 1 series M.

I've seen the GT500 featured on a tv show,can't remember which. I was hoping it would be added to GT5. It would be nice, let's hope.:drool:

I agree with that, DLC should be free for the CE people. Paid $100 for this half finished game. I realize I could have paid 60 but still. Playing this game has been a chore the last week.

I think you hit the nail on the head with that. The statement says a "special" download, not DLC that would include anything else besides this particular car. It is still possible that we will get car and map packs via DLC, but this certainly is not confirmation of that.
 
I'm hoping they sell "premium car packs" with premium upgrades of standard cars as well adding more cars... would love to see something like this for BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, etc.
 
I hope they also add more customization for the standard cars, such as, changing rims and maybe having more aero parts would be good. Just hope all these DLC aren't too expensive.
 
lazy bastards theres already a 135 in the game I'm sure the cosmetic changes wont take that long to make. I really hope they put a 335i while they're at it.

They will be premium, standard cars are taken from previous GT games, upscaled and a little work done on them. Any DLC cars will have to be done from scratch, so they'll be premium.
 
Pretty sure it's going to be free and available in the dealership. And yes, it will obviously be premium since PD said they aren't making any more standards.

Hopefully more cars are offered with updates.
