My PS3 recently died and I decided to buy the new super slim. So I installed GT5, downloaded all updates, downloaded previously purchased DLC, and transferred my old save data from USB. So far so good, then I started GT5 to install the DLC from within the game. However, it was already marked as "installed". On my old system I had to install all DLC manually so why not this time? Is the DLC install tied to the save data somehow? I just want to make sure that I go about it the right way.
