DLC Paint Question?

Sorry if this has been asked before but quick question, I haven't purchased the new DLC but I can still go on the new tracks when online with another host, but can a car with DLC Paint be sent to me or will it change back to normal ?

I mean if I can go on the tracks and car see the new cars, will I be able to receive a car with a new paint?

You will get the car painted in the DLC colour and it will be that colour but you will NOT get the paint chip of a DLC colour, the paint chip will be the cars stock colour.
