Do higher profile tires handle better on dirt/grass?

Just wondering. I do a metric ton of rally/cross-country driving with all my cars in Forza Horizon games.

I don't recall you ever being able to select different profile types per wheel in any of the Forza games. .

Technically you can by altering wheel size, but I think that only effects vehicle weight. I'm pretty sure the only things that effect off-road performance tire-wise are going to be the tire compound, width, tire pressure tuning and if wheel spacers are installed.
