Do the Ads Get Changed?

I meant to post this here a while ago, but I think its still relevant. I remember when I used to race around the London track a lot and there has always been a blue flashing billboard in Piccadilly circus (last corner). I always remember it saying Samsung. Maybe I'm just thinking of when I went there in 08 or I'm remembering prologue. I ask because after some time away from the game (which included several patches), I was racing the track and the ad said TDK. I guess its not a big deal but it would be interesting if PD could actually change such a complex part of the scenery in a patch, especially if it was just a billboard. Maybe they changed other scenery as well.

Unless Samsung paid Sony a lot of money it would take Sony a lot of convincing to promote one of their rivals in their games.
