I think the dealership's more than 80K though. The money counts up to a maximum then stops until you pick it up (ie. I get $5000 max at the mansion)

I can't remember how much the dealership was, but I don't think it was $80K. It's great though, excellent fun getting the secret cars. Plus, it's making like six or nine thousand per day now.

I'm saving up for the Malibu Club. I bought the Strip Club before, but it wouldn't generate money somehow. Of if it does, where can I find that money? At the mansion?

the strip club dosent generate money, it think i haven checked it in a while. but i think the only places that generate money are one that you do missions for(eg. the vercettie estate, cherry popers, car showroom)

oh and you should by the maliblu club fist because its 120k
and its one of the places needed to open the last 2 missons at the estate after "copland"

u have to spend 600 bucks on a strip show it take 15mins and then it makes money for u

The car dealership was 50,000. Make sure you have another 10k, and you can do the big race to win 40,000 each time (30, 000 really because you spend 10k on admission)
And you have to keep picking up the money because each location tops out at a certain number.
Boatyard: 2-3000
Mansion 5000
Cherry popping 2-3000
Print works 8000

The dealership is the best one I've got though because of the race you can do over and over.

When you run out of missions, the film studio is good too because it continues the storyline a bit. I think that the malibu does as well.

you have to beat the first mission from the mansion to be able to buy property, not just Rub out... i cant remember the name of the mission, but it isnt really that hard

It might be Cop Land, or something right after it, I know you have to do Cop Land before you can buy a bunch of stuff.

So about the Malibu. Now that I've finished it and get 10k every 24 minutes, where're the rest of the missions at the Vacetti mansion?

its is copland, and after you finish it you can purchase any estate thats for sale

Let's clear up a tad of mis-information:

A - The assets are not available until once you're finished with the missions in which you take control of the mansion. When you finish the necessary mission, a very public display saying "All Assets Can Be Purchased" comes on.
B - The car dealer is a bit north of the airport, and, when fully complete, generates $9000 a day.
C - ALL ASSETS MAKE MONEY! The strip club, unfortunately, requires a stupid view of this stripper in a private room. It takes a bit over six minutes. Then missions are available.
D - YOU DO NOT have to do the road races for the car dealer to make money.
E - If the icon outside of an asset is red, you haven't yet finished 'Cop Land' and taken control of the Diaz mansion. Do so.

I'm only 50% complete, and I've finished all the missions with Lance Vance, because it was his last dance, so what else do I do, wait for my ghetto cellphone to ring and steal the AirForce's helicopter and do vigilante missions with it? I like the helicopter there, but it doesn't get very high compared to all the other helicopters, but I like the fact it has cannons and rockets, and they're unlimited Now if I could just shoot down the Police helicopters before they shoot me, I'll be set!

I just did it. The mission to start buying assets is Shakedown, not Cop Land. I haven't done that one yet. Shakedown is the first mission after you're finished with Diaz. (Well, if you stay in the same place).

I did shakedown and went to buy the car dealer. Then found the car list.

I'm surprised I don't seem to have any of the gangs pissed at me yet. Maybe I'm on the verge of those missions.

I did learn, though, that flying around or getting close to the army base turns ugly fairly quickly.
