Do you belive in ghosts ?

I was just wondering if you guys belive in ghosts, reacently I was visiting my uncles farm, and the house they live in is around 100 years old, and considering I got a new didgital camera this year, I was snaping picks like crazy (I have a wierd fascination with old houses and stuff) anyway here is a pic that I took, and acidentally set the camera on landscape mode (so there was no flash) most of you will claim that its just my shadow...but the only light source was from the single window, also notice how the "shadow" continues on the curtain...anyway I am not sure if is a "ghost" but I would like your guys opinion on this...and feel free to post any strange pics you find...

I would also like to point out that this pic was NOT photoshoped.
 
Another tell tail sign is that the figure is not in the shape of someone taking a picture. It looks like they're just standing there. :scared:

I do believe in ghosts. Stranger things have happened.

This is a true story. There was a girl at my school a couple of years ago. Well she took the art class which also incorporated photography. One day she was snapping shots of I think a church. She came running out of the Dark Room holding a shot that she took. The art teacher was stunned at what he saw. I don't take Art myself, but I went and had a look at this picture. It was a picture of the inside of a church. The part that got me was, there was a very transparent (just like yours. But you could see a bit more) image of an old woman sitting on the steps in the church. Freaky **** :nervous: :scared: I wish I had the pic to show but I don't.

At first, I didn't see a damn thing. I had to turn up the brightness on my monitor until I was getting a tan from the bombardment of radiation. It seems like the folds in the curtains are casting shadows as well. I don't see a 'ghost.'

I don't believe in ghosts or anything else that cannot be proven.
 
This is a clear image of a persons figure. I followed what I thought were the lines
 
Oh yea forgot. Don't be suprised if agents Moulder and Scully knock on your door.

'Thought' is the keyword. You thought there was a 'ghost,' but in reality, a group of shadows created an image that appeared to resemble a 'ghost.'
 
thought As in the Dark areas. Where you can't see a thing.
 
I turned up the brigness on my screen as much as it could go and now I can see its and and I think I see a collor or a scarfe. :scared:

EDIT - its only the curtain, BUT THE HAND AINT A CERTAIN!
 
I think it's a suit. It looks like the collar from a jacket that rich people wear.
 
I do, if any one has ever done a ouija board properly then they will know what i am talking about. If anyone hasn't then DON'T try it. Nothing has ever freaked me out more than that did.
 
Is that that board where you move that thing around the star shape on the board and has symbols on the outside?

You guys are scared of a picture of a supposed 'ghost' on a message board? I'd call you all a bunch of pussies but, that seems a little immature.
 
Guess what! There are no such thing as ghosts! Haha.

I thought I might try and make things a little clearer by playing around with the brightness on contrast of the photo, and this is what turned out:

(if you ask me, it does look like a human figure, but I am still a little leary to claim its a ghost)
 
Well I had a personal experience with what I'm pretty sure was a ghost.When I was 17 my grand father died,and about two weeks after that I was laying in bed,and was about to fall asleep when I felt someone grab my left shoulder.

actually no, the pic is untouched, exept for the second one which I changed the brightness and contrast, that is all.

the real debate is wether or not it is just camera\human error, just some odd shadows, or the real deal.
 
You know, the only people I've ever met that believed in ghosts were all Christians.
