actually no, the pic is untouched, exept for the second one which I changed the brightness and contrast, that is all.

If you changed the brightness and the contrast and then you could make that human shadow to.

belive me its untouched, I'm not even claiming its a ghost, I was just geting opinions on what it could be, take the first shot and brighten it for yourself, what motive do I have to doctor a photo?? I am curious to find out what it really is, I'm just as confused as you guys:confused:

That is definately something. If it's a ghost (which I believe it is) I can definately see it's shape. You can even see a hand and legs. What more evidence do you's need?

well, I was talking to my mom (who grew up in the house) and she told me that 2 of the former owners died in that house because of the flu (influenza) there is also a room in the house that is blocked off and no one ever goes up there....its upstairs bu not in the main area...its got its own little staircase....spooky!

Guess what! There are no such thing as ghosts! Haha.

Prove it! Hahaha. ;)

Im not sure if I beleve or not, I love stuff like this, I read about ghosts, shadow people, orbs and all that crap all the time. Ive seen a few photos my friend took that looked like there was some on in it or there were bright lights in the middle of the woods just in random places and stuff.

I do, if any one has ever done a ouija board properly then they will know what i am talking about. If anyone hasn't then DON'T try it. Nothing has ever freaked me out more than that did.

Yeah, me and my friend went into his attic and played that ouja thing.
Freaked me out. :(

Take a picture outlining the figure of your body....is the "figure" in the picture about the same size height as you??

ok how would it be him. look at the hand position compared to the hand position of when you would take a pic. i believe in ghosts, there is photo evidence there is sound evidence.

with those oujain boards. they just have that glass thing so slick that you cant tell if your moving it or not.

well, I am about 6'1'' if you ask me, that looks smaller than that, but its hard to tell for sure, the only reason I find it hard to belive to be my shadow is that (as others have said) the postions of the "arms" do not look like someone was taking a picture, and when I took this picture, the ony light source was the light coming in from the window.

EDIT: also I am pretty slim and was wearing a T-shirt that day

Was there anything like a coat hanging on a rack or anything in the room? I kinda hope its a ghost

I thought I might try and make things a little clearer by playing around with the brightness on contrast of the photo, and this is what turned out:

(if you ask me, it does look like a human figure, but I am still a little leary to claim its a ghost)

I don't believe in ghosts. But something to question is that crazy **** hanging on the wall. Who thinks this is asthetically appealing? Maybe we should start a thread on that (:

nope, there was nothing that would produce a shadow on the walls.

well no one has really stayed in that room for like 10 years (it was my cousin) no one really even goes upstairs anymore (the house is old and falling apart)

looks like a long exposure picture. low appature slow shutter speed. the person in the picture could have indeed taken a pic of themselves if they wanted to using this technique of photography. since the camera takes in less light for more time they could have left the camera on a table pressed the button and lesurely strolled infront of the view frame. that will make the subject appear as if they are not involved in the actual photo taking. (and slightly transparent)
yes i do believe in ghosts and no way is that a ghost. i am certain that it's long exposure.

:odd: its a digital camera

could it possibly be digital 'ghosting' where an image hasn't been properly written over by software/hardware error? Check the rest of your pics and see if any have your or anyone else standing in that sort of position.

I live in a house approaching 100 yrs in age, and the only thing ghostly is the floor boards...

....and shadows over my bed. :irked:
