How old are you?

I used to work like that until the early 20's. Now I'm 31 and more and more have to care what I put in my mouth if I dont want to live the flubber dream.

If you're that age it sounds like you are genetically blessed with a fast metabolism then. Good for you. :)

Of course, as you surely are aware of, it still slows down during the years but that sounds like a good prerequisite for the rest of your life.
 
I'm guessing Cracker's 35. :p Seriously though, we are all about same age then. Me and Jugend's 31, but my weight doesn't increase either. But if I just keep on eating and don't excercise, I do get a gut. During the summer, I play basketball all the time and that kept me in shape. During the fall and winter, I can play basketball just once a week, so I do "ab-roller" machine, crunches and pushups, just for 5-10 minutes per day. Keeps my gut in check. :D All this time, my weight stay's around 150lbs.
 
Rules for being a security officer...

2) Coffee on the left and donuts on the right

12 hours of night time driving without food or drink would be unbearable.
 
I have a tumbler full of water I sip all day, it stays in a weighted cupholder (last used in my Honda back in '94) so it won't tip over.
