I am currently at level 31, and my B-spec level is 0.
Anyone else in this situation? I'm not planning on ever using B-spec in this game.

Hehe, I was in same situation like you...not at lvl 30, but 22. I never wanted to use B-Spec, I saw no sense or usage in it.

But then I just gave it a try and you will be surprised...it was ok. It is really relaxing to let a driver earn some money and you can do other things.

I didn´t take it too serious at any time. Give Bob a way overpowered car and let him earn money...that´s it.

You're missing out on a lot of money and free cars that are expensive otherwise...

B-Spec is the giver of amazing prize cars. And money. Just press 'x' and go do something else... how easy could it be?

I used it back when the races were easy and short (6 laps or less) but the races start getting longer and harder to bear. Also, you have to 'babysit' more drivers as your rank gets higher. Some days, your drivers could be in a bad mood (arrow pointing down.)

B-Spec is actually getting better, so I imagine more people using it now than before with remote racing.

I suggest you get an X2010 if you haven't gotten one from the S. Vettel challenge yet and start using B-Spec.

I let my son run it. He is 10 and loves earning cars, XP and CR. It is also teaching him some of the basics of racing. If he didn't do it, I do not think I ever would. He started it late into my A-Spec career so he has an advantage when it comes to cars.

I was in the same boat but the remote racing feature was a real game changer for me. It lets me feel like I'm getting some GT5 time in, even from work. It's also very lucrative. I run other peoples B-Spec drivers from work when time permits. They run mine when they get time. Win/win.

First playing GT5 I thought not to use B-Spec just like a bunch of you, however reading on this foro that you earn a lot of cars, money and experience (B-Spec Experience), I kinda changed my mind.
I kinda use the cars my Bobs win so I never have to invest in cars or I just invest in the cars I want to.

Now my Bob´s are level 32 and I am level 30.

I do my racing during the weekend, my Bobs run during working hours. :)
One resistance race during the morning hours for them to wake up and one in the afternoon for them go chill out.

I ignored it at the beginning, but after a while I had all these cars that I bought that I don't use anymore, so I decided to use them in B spec. I then spent more time on B spec then A spec.

I've gotten further on B-Spec than A-Spec, mostly because I run B-Spec races when i'm doing something else. I reached level 37 last night after winning the 24H race at Le Mans, but i'm only at level 33 on A-Spec.

I usually do b spec races when im watching tv or playing on my pc. Now they've bought out remote racing I grind races at work on my phone upto level 27.

I have never touched the B spec yet. I used it in the first game to help me get through the endurance races. But it looks like in GT5 you actually have to race the endurance races.

Never used B-Spec, don't intend to either.

Personally I bought the game to drive the cars and race on-line, not to shorten the lifespan of my PS3 by leaving it switched on for hours on end while it plays with itself. I'm not fussed about earning the credits or cars, I've got enough of those from playing through the A-Spec part of the game. Sure, there are plenty of cars I'd like to add to my garage, but I'm happy to do add them whenever the credits are there from normal racing, I don't feel the need to either grind my way to lots of cash or use B-Spec.

A-Spec Level 30
B-Spec Level 0

I know Im missing out on cars, credits, etc but I could care less. B-Spec is a joke. I bought this game to drive, not to leave my PS3 on for days at a time earning credits. The seasonals give you plenty of credits anyway.

I fully completed B-spec mode. Now that I'm done, I will never touch the thing again. It won me some good cars and credits and now it's finished.

I don't plan on using it again. I'm level 40 B-Spec and got the Air of Experience trophy. All gold in the B-Spec events.
