Single make? I have a few of these and getting ready to buy a couple of more :)

I have 4 Commodores and 2 Monaro's all with varying states of tune that i use for different things.
 
Well I started collecting all the Honda Civics mainly because it was my first car in my GT games... So far I have:

CIVIC TYPE R (EK) RM '97

So that leaves 5 more to go but they never show up in my UCD. Maybe I test and compare them after I have them all :)
 
Skylines, Imprezas and, Evos (in that order). I have 7 Evos, a good number of Imprezas, and 20-23 Skylines and GTRs.
 
Caterham Super 7. I've got 4 so I can give them to friends.
 
I've got a pretty good collection of Skylines, Civics & the NSX, only missing a few now.

I also have multiples of some favorite cars, different colors & tuned at various power levels. 2 '07 GTR's & 2 '09 GTR Spec V, 2 RUF RGT's. My favorite car is the NSX-R Prototype LM Road Car, I have 3.
 
I now have 3 Tommykaira ZZII's. I have my original fully upgraded UCD one, I have another low mileage one from the UCD, now painted Red Metallic to save confusion and also a nice shiny 0 miler, from a Ticket 1000, which is now painted Blue Metallic.

I have a number of '76 Golf GTi's including a 0 miler (Ticket). Unfortunately on tuning one I was seriously unimpressed so currently they are all stock!

I seem to remember buying a couple of Subaru Impreza 22b's.

Commodores, I have a Black UCD one and a Red 0 miler.

I also seem to be collecting Vitz RS Turbo's at the moment!

If I get a 0 miler I have been known to use my UCD one and then buy another UCD one when it turns up next!!

I have multiples of the same car for some models...
...sometimes because I fancy having them in several colors (hey.. I'm a designer, that stuff matters to me! :) )
...often because I like having them in several levels of tuning, or tuned for one specific track, e.g. Indy or the Nordschleife

e.g. I think I have 4 or 5 Audi TT's, because I used to own one in real life. I also have multiple X2010s, but that's because Bob tends to destroy them with all the kms he's putting on them.

Lately I'm collecting all colors of Citroen GT Racecar because it's a sick car to look at and I couldn't choose just one favorite color... (that's a bit OCD-ish, I admit).
 
I have also been collecting the '73 BMW 2002 Turbo in various colours and now have Silver, Metallic Green and Black ones.

Having multiple accounts (which I was using for the old style seasonals to get some extra cash for cars), I now have the Jaguar XFR '10 in every colour! Definitely OCD in that case I think! Assuming the Google search I did was correct in saying it comes in 8 colours!
 
Have atleast 2 of every chevy and 4 of each corvette. Does that count?
 
I'm obsessed with the M3s.
 
I have around 56 AE86, no duping used.
 
I buy most cars in threes. One I leave stock, plus an oil change. One I modify a bit to tuner or BTCCish level, often to 300-350hp. The third I race modify to some point between 400-700hp plus, depending on its original power. Considering how far you can push some of these engines, I'm likely to have several of my fave rides in ranges of hundred or so horsepower, since building the engine up can't be undone. And different colors too.

Why bother posting the list? It's most likely two-thirds the official car list, beginning with the Suzuki Cappuccino. :sly:
 
i try to buy 1 of every car i would be proud to own or drive irl.

so far I'm sitting on 245-ish in the garage.

Every single S2000, including the tuner manufacturer's versions, (spoon, amuse). Really great car.
 
Well, I started properly collecting cars a few days ago so I have a lot of the same model (as GT5 dictates, I have 4 (I think?) Civic SiR-II's which are no different from one another), but I do buy multiples of cars I love so I can tune one and have another stock. In case of RMable models I have a stock, tuned, RM'd and RM'd and tuned model.
 
Of course. I have 4 '04 Pontiac GTOs, 3 Holden Monaros, and 2 Holden Commodores.

I have multiples of a few others, but that's mainly just so I can keep one stock and one tuned.

The reason I have so many GTOs is because I own an '05 in real life, so I'm obligated to buy it every time it shows up in the UCD :D
 
Amazing how many duplicates some have. I like certain cars, and it shows in my garage.
