Yep. I'm only getting this because my G27 ran to the end of its life after about 3 trusty years. :(
Though to be fair I did get the TH8 a while ago because my G27's H-box was starting to act wonky... and because I don't like using paddles for sequential. 👍

When or if my G27 runs out, probably will upgrade to the T500 and T8HS. Wheel before my G27 was the DFGT, great wheel.

YOu got the T8 to work with G27, with GT5? How?
 
I don't play that often. I got Xcom for my bday back in march and I am slowing playing that. (new born son + 7yo daughter means very little game time)
 
I still play it every now and then, just to play the seasonals mostly and to do remote races...I've still got stuff to complete though and a few more cars I need...

No, I used the TH8 on iRacing. I completely removed the shifter mechanism from the g27 shift box so I could just use the buttons. Only used paddles since then. I haven't used my wheel for about five months since no amount of cleaning the pots would fix it. I just felt that upgrading to a t500 would be more worth it.
 
I play it when I get the chance. Played it for a good few hours the other day, taking my G27 out and everything. It is just as fun as it was when I first got it. In fact, I took an S2000 out for a spin, for the first time since GT2!
 
I actually played this morning. I built a 69 Z28 to COPO spec and recreated the Muncie rockcrusher 4 speed and added a 5th gear for cruising. But, the car is truly meant for the strip and shows. It only uses up 95% of 4th in the 1/4.
 
I still play, but only do the WRS TT's and an occasional Seasonal TT. That's pretty much it besides playing around with hybrids and collecting certain items in a few threads in the Market Place. I'm more than ready for the arrival of GT6.
 
I've also taken a long break from GT5... ETS2, GTA IV and GTA V (for the last week) has kept me occupied so far.
 
Whenever i can. It and dust 514. If you havent downloaded and played dust 514 you need to its an awesome game.
 
I don't spend as long as I'd like to. Noticed that many of my PS Mates are now playing GTA5.

A few are playing フルコンタクトハローキティデスマッチ

None are playing Farming Simulator 2013
 
I've always been playing GT5 most of my time because that is probably the most recently released game in my petit collection. Usually I just buy cars I want and don't have yet, and drive them around. Other times I just do Photomode, or do one-make races in my lounge.

What exactly is wrong with the H box ? Any way to repair it ?
 
Yes. Only started it a couple months ago. It's been many years since I played GT4 and I finally got around to it. I'll keep playing it for a while even after GT6 is released. I'm 76% through, but there's still much to do. I never get tired of GT.

I took a look inside to see the problem. The sensor was out of alignment. The probalem is that it kept coming out of alignment no matter how many times I realigned the sensor. So I gave up and bought a TH8.
 
Well, I don't have GTAV, Black Ops 2 constantly freezes on me, Modnation Racers is getting somewhat dull after all this time and from what I can work out the DiRT 3 servers don't actually work, so GT5's the only PS3 game I'm really playing at the moment.
 
I just do occasional Shuffle/Spec racing online, & have only raced once or twice this month. So, none of your poll options are for me.
 
GT5 being hacked stopped making it much fun for me so current GT game I am playing is GT2 until GT6 comes out. Started playing Project CARS as well and it has improved a lot. FFB is very good and feels fun pushing close to the limit. Also interesting following the development and also feedback from the well known real life racing drivers.

So, people would often beat you in online races with their hacked cars?
 
One would only need to experience driving my AMS Alpha Omega replica with a wheel setup to know how epic a realistic hybrid is. Oh, and my Saleen S7 TT AWD 2281 AWHP replica on a street tire - comfort soft, would make any wheel + shifter/clutch user ******** bricks :lol:

I don't really race online, don't think online racing will be much of a problem as there seems to be still people organising races on GTPlanet. Main problem is time trials, always seems to be fake times on there, even PD are probably bored with it with reduction to 1 time trial now.

Yeah, sure my friend, I'll share the Saleen S7 again, and I'll PM you about the AMS Alpha Omega - the car is very special build for me :)
 
I still play and still enjoy, will continue 'til GT6 finally arrives. Won't play anything other than a GT game until I get to drive a '14 Stingray with suspension upgrade. Cannot wait :)
 
I admit it, I was playing GT5 right up until GTAV was released. Honestly, I don't know if I'm going to get GT6 right away. Nothing I've read about it so far has convinced me to run out and buy it on release day.
