Makes me wonder if they were sprites, instead of 3d models

Dont recall if they were upgraded in gt4

But in any case, the standard rims in GT5 are definitely upgraded, so I can assure you it would not be a simple "copy paste" job like everyone around here seems to think..

I'd like to be able to change the wheels on the none premium cars too like in gt4 where most could be changed. And all the different wheels to choose from not being different depending on what car you have.

Although I love gt5 and have played all of them since the first I think the wheels/bodykit options could have been far better.Most of the cars can only be fitted with a rear wing.

I dont think they mean copying the old models across, in GT4 they had a used wheels section where you could get some used aftermarket rims and used stock rims from other cars. I think they want that feature implemented in GT5

I loved the used wheel dealer, the one from GT4 which would bring up an entire new set of wheels already used on other cars. Would be sweet if they added a standard wheel lot and a premium wheel lot.

Depends on if the wheels would actually fit the cars they were going on, i'm sure in gt4 i had vintage chrome centre capped wheels on brand new cars lol
