Nope. The second thread on the first page of the forum has "Bike list" in its title, probably a good place to look. Also says "READ THIS!" in big letters.

Yeah BUT what if Polyphony digital added secret bikes

And they would be listed in the bike list. There are no secrets from GTPlanet.
