I suggest you to change the year because Gran Turismo takes in cosideration the year where the car was revealed rather than the production year. For example, in GT6 it says Pagani Huayra '11 because the car was revealed in 2011 despite the production started in 2012. Another example is Toyota GR Supra RZ '19, the car was revealed in 2019 but deliveries will begin in 2020.

So the title should be:
Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Widebody 2019

Deliveries have already begun as far as I am aware.
