You do not get 370z Academy from level 24 ticket and yes all level tickets can be traded. The 370z Academy is a level 12 car and made in 08 so a level 12 ticket or a 2008 birthday ticket should give you this car eventually but you will need to save your game and keep opening the ticket until you get the car. This could take a long time and therefore would probably be quicker to trade for it.

I know. 24 level ticket gives f1 cars. i have the fgt, but dont have the f1s.
i would like to get one.
