The Ram is a piece of junk for me in Rally... is it really a good rally car? What settings do you have.

Only advantage i seem to have is that it blocks the road for most tracks. Other than that it can turn for its life.

I think I just lowered it a bit with the customized suspension.

You are right, it isn't a good rally car, but I thought it was fun. It was especially nice when I got a good lap in.

Nice pics!

The Dodge Ram won most of my "Normal" and "Hard" rallies. I think I even did the normals with stock suspension. Strangely I found it more tossable (if that term can be appiled to anything the weighs 2 tons) than any of the real rally cars. The blocking is a nice bonus too...

The Dodge Ram IS a rally monster...I got all the upgrades on my Dodge Ram, stock settings, and I haven't lost a single rally race yet. I've done all the easy and hard races getting an average of 150-200 A-spec points each race.

The thing is the Ram is so damn huge you just swing the ass end out on turns so you smack the bed of the truck against the walls without getting a 5 second penalty and you don't need brakes or even need to let off the gas at all. Anytime you can win a race, besides Daytona or Talladega, in WOT the entire time without even touching the brakes is a special thing IMO. :sly:

I usually have no trouble winning with my Impreza '01 rally car but I think I will give the truck a try.

That's strange, the reason I liked it was that it stayed planted. I don't have any weight reductions, I think. I do remember that on tarmac, esp. on the turn after the corkscrew, the ass got really loose.
