Does anyone have any licence plate SVG’s?

Sorry to hijack this thread but are there any SVG makers who "specialise" in plates? I want a bunch for my car using localised variations of MIDNIGHT - not sure if anyone is making them or knows of any good templates to make them from?

I was hoping to make some UK, FR, DE, IT, JP, NZ, AU and USA plates.

Following a gratefully received licence plate on my other thread for the DB5, I wondered if anyone had any generic plates in SVG format? I like to put plates on my car to make them look a bit more realistic for photos- I’m not too good at creating my own due to a lack of talent, does anyone have any that hey could share? Primarily after UK plates but USA etc is cool too. Thanks!
Here's a few I've done that were on cars I've known over the years, Let me know what you think. Our if you've any you'd like making up. All UK plates, not got round to other countries yet, that'll be a future ongoing project.

I make a lot of plates, and always plates that belong to its real counterpart.

I usually make Norwegian plates, but I’ve done all sorts of plates. It’s no secret how I do it, I look up the car on finn.no and then I find the VIN if the plates aren’t listed, then I make the plates with the corresponding font. I like seeing the car with the plates though, so I get the right letter spacing.

And when the number is uploaded to the game, I start assembling. Background color first, then a black border, then the country tag, then the number. I dislike adding it all in one decal, in case I need to reposition something slightly.

You got it. If you are replicating plates just allign the text you write on top of a photo of said plates and then you don’t have to think about spacing etc.
Please can you help and advise me.
Got the Plate issue sorted making them. Problem seems to be when I try to put them on the car they are hidden by the Gran Turismo plates that are already on the car. How do I get round this. I know its probably simple, but I can't figure it out

Huh? Just place a square over the plate in whatever color your plate needs to be and then place the numbers.

In this case, what is the font name you use for the Norwegian license plates? My method for plates has only been finding stock photos on Google search - which obviously isn't the most accurate result.

Tusen takk på forhånd!

Myriad Pro Semibold, but not 100%. It’s between that and Condensed. I made a template that works most of the time, if you go on finn.no and find good pics from front view/rear view of the car you want the plates from you just slightly rearrange the digits to allign perfectly.

Grab the two fonts and see which one works for you, and then find a good plate to put the font on top and tweak from there. :)

Perhaps you forgot to set your editing area to 'Other' and not Body? That could explain why the plate is beneath the GT one.
If it still doesn't appear in 'Other', try increasing 'Limit Depth and Limit Angle on the projection range.

Seems to work, but only for the size of what I'm trying to cover, so a UK plate won't fit correctly. For example a UK plate won't fit on the AMG A-45 rear which is rectangular in shape. Any suggestions ?

What plate do you have fitted? The stock plate (with AMG written on it) or a type B plate (with Gran Turismo written on it)? From what I know with stock plates, they are usually proportioned to suit the plates of the country of origin (which is Germany in this case).

If you have type B fitted already (from GT Auto > Car Customization > Other) my second question is, is the plate on the car too big or too small to fit the UK plate?

If the car's plate is too big, you just have to size the UK decal as it normally looks like while ignoring plate's boundaries. Next step is to add a decal/shape underneath the UK decal and change the color to match the car's color (or just plain black if that looks better).

If the car's plate is too small, also size the UK decal as how it normally looks while ignoring plate's boundaries. But this time you also have to go back to 'Body' and apply the same UK decal from the back with the same size. Now allign that UK plate with the other UK plate that you fitted from 'Other'.

Is anyone able to create plates for me (mine never look quite right!!)

I am after UK style front and rear for;

RDZ 911
H152 YYE
M44 ATB
M3 MAT

Or if anyone has a guide for dummies on how to create these that would be great

Thank you 🙏🏼
