How could they be from outer space? I just think that it's groups of bored guys, smart guys, who organize, get designs layed out on paper, and then over night flatten down the crops, and leave.

They showed how on TLC or discovery...I forgot which one but they tested it out to see if it could be done, and it was done in like 4 hrs

ive seen that show on television. they were able to make the crop circles using really long tape measures (40 feet or more) and boards with rope tied to them. they would walk into the crop field, pick a place as the "center" and use the tape measure to orient themselves at different places in the field. if they picked a center and measured all other locations from there, it made it easier to make the patterns.

they just had a rectangular piece of wood, with a piece of rope tied to both ends. then they step on the wood (with the rope in their hands) to flatten the crops. they made some pretty complex looking designs using this method.

on the other hand, i saw a show on crop circles that showed differences between crop circles made from humans, and ones believed to be from aliens or whatever. they could measure changes in EMF and high pitch sound waves located in the crop circles.

i believe there is life on other planets, but i think crop circles are man made.
