Does TCS cause "peg leg"?

I've been turning TCS on 1 on cars that should have it on (most Mercedes, other production cars) and noticed I've had to change my limited slip settings, and I can't seem to get some cars from "peg-legging". (One wheel spins freely while the other has full grip) Thoughts?

Do you mean while cornering or in a straight line? The reason I ask is that the weirdest thing about the wheelspin in GT5 is the way the "loaded" wheel tends to leave the skidmark out of corners (when powersliding), where it should be the opposite (IE open/loose diff = inside rear spinning).

Good point, I think you're right. IIRC, it's the wheel that has the car's weight leaning on it! What the??
