1)General racing tips:
Hit those apexes.
Be consistent. No point doing a really hot lap then 3 or 4 poor laps.
If you drive with driving aids (automatic, TC, etc) turn them off and learn to race without them. You'll be quicker.
Exit speed out of corners is more important than entrance speed into corners. You'll lose so much time on the straight if you get a poor exit from the corner.
Practice. Practice. Practice.
2) It should be decrease, not increase, in the title...
