Does the UCD decide what cars to make availabe according to the race you just did?

It seems that this could be the case, but I'm not sure. Has anyone else noticed this?

Yes, I have. After I finish a championship some of the high prized race cars appear in the UCD...

I haven't noticed it. Seems completely random to me.

No. It does not do this. There is a thread about how it has a pattern, although I find it incredibly confusing.

But it does not base its offerings on the race you've just done.

And that's your answer - no, it's not random, nor does it depend upon anything you do. It is a preset list that changes to the next preset list every game day.
