Dog-leg gearboxes

Does anyone happen to know if dog-leg gearboxes will be replicated on wheels with a shifter, if the car has it (eg. E30 ///M3).

Generally speaking, this is something you will have to configure with your own shifter by assigning the corresponding gears to the pattern you want. I used to do this in iRacing with the Lotus 49.

You've read my mind. I was thinking this same thing just last night.
Hopefully you can re map the H pattern shifter to allow for this, or even better still, it be an automatic map of a dog leg 'box if that's what the car used IRL.

You can adjust it. I also do this to the cars who have such a gearbox in RL

Not that I have a shifter just yet, but do you have to change the setting when you swap cars or can you save a different setting for each car?

This is a general setting. So it can only be saved for all cars.
