-You push the emergency brake, spin the car. And spin it across the finish line so you can watch how cool it looks in the replay. You then realize that wasn't the last lap. Your now backwards, against the wall, and 15 seconds behind the 5th place car... who's 15 seconds behind 4th place. (This happened to me... it sucked big time... 1st to 6th like THAT...)
lol, I've done this several times b4... luckily though, every time I was able to recover fast enough to win.
Here are my contributions:
-You get a cramp in your hand in the middle of an enduro, thus causing you to slam into a nearby wall in top gear.
-You accidentally hold R2, so while you are frantically trying to downshift, you're cussing at the DS2 and wondering why it's not working (this has actually happened to me numerous times... for some reason, I have a habit of holding on to the R2 button after upshifting)
-You get stuck on a curb at Rome or Monaco because your suspension's too low.
-You find out that the R390 car can last 20 laps without pitting.
-You decide that you're too far ahead and the race is boring, so you decide to play "knock the AI into the walls/sand traps", then find out that on the last lap you get stuck yourself and lose the d:censored:ed race.
-You're ahead, then hit a guardrail. "No big deal," you say to yourself, since you're ahead by 5 seconds. As you turn your car, every single AI car comes along and rams you back into the wall, though somehow they all continue along like nothing happened.
-You go too fast on Dark Forest II, and you spin out at the corner where you're supposed to downshift to 4th. (Happens to me all the time)
-You get a car that wears out the tires in a radically uneven way; by the time the fronts are bright yellow, the rears are still blueish-green.
-Your car is 400HP+ more powerful than the AI's, but there is no way that you can knock them around (like into the pit), yet when they give you a gentle nudge you go sliding into the wall.
-Your Escudo's spoiler gets stuck on a wall. (Seems to act like some kind of force!)
-You misscalculate the minimum amount of wins you need for a Series Race.
-The second place car's engine noise gets lodged into your head.
Whew!
