Ok. So who has extensively played with their diff settings?

Has anyone come up with an optimal quick and dirty starting point?

I personally start off with:
Torque: 10
Accel: 60
Decel: default

Does anyone have some words of wisdom for us as to what each setting will do for you and a basic rule of thumb?

Also what is a good camber setting to start out with.

I'm usually at:
Front: 2.5
Rear: 0-1.5

Ill be using a G27, and ill typically use a camber settings of
1.5-2.5 Front
0.3-0.5 Rear

Then for the Diff on a 500HP car ill use
Initial 15
Accel 40-50
Deccel 25-35

i played around quite a lot. usually ill just run stock for 500+ HP cars but those with less like my S13 Silivia need quite a lot of work to get a good feeling

I use 60 for initial, acceleration and deceleration for the diff on almost all my cars as it's as close to what a real drift cars diff would be such as 75% 2-way or even just a welded open diff.

For camber, running anything from 1.5-4 at the front and .5 to 2 at the rear depending on car.

Sometimes use abit of toe out on the front too to help turn in on some cars and rear toe normally depends how much power I have and how naturally tail-happy the car is.

I use a controller , i have all diff setting to 60 , front camber 3 rear camber 0.5 . A pretty universal setup for me ;)

the Diff setting of 60 is almost needed for a controller but for a wheel you actually have to have a real tuning session to get it right

I found out most of the time the stock diff works well (if theres one).
On my 396hp RX7 FC3S (the premium one) it goes like a charm!
