Download EU version, in US?

I apologize if this has been covered here before (this is the only link with any similar info https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=103399), but is the EU version downloadable?

I created a Korean account and fumbled my through the language to download the Prologue demo which works well.

1) Can I download the game if I create a EU account?
2) Can I use a US credit card to pay?

2) Depends, some cards are accepted while others aren't.
 
oh wow, interesting, i was told i had to have an "international" credit card... anybody have experience with them accepting a citibank mastercard?
 
I am from europe and live in the U.S. all my credit cards are ok on both continents vice versa
 
... is it complicated to make a euro account? im about to cancel the box copy i just ordered from europe!
 
It's not complicated, it's whether the card's accepted is the issue. I tried with 3 cards to get the JP version and all didn't work so ended up getting PS points to get it.
 
Iiiiinteresting. Anyway, I'm getting a 1080p projector to play the game with, and I haven't ordered it yet, so if I got it online, it'd get here before the projector does. So I might as well sit tight and wait for the one I already bought online to come. I'm already jumping the gun by dropping 50 dollars on a game I'm not sure will have more/less features/limitations than the US version. Any idea what it's guna go for online? Maybe if it's cheaper online, I'll consider canceling my original order and downloading it..
 
You could buy a playstation store card with a pre paid amount on it from Europe... thats the easiest way to pay..
 
Im also interested in doing this and tried my credit card with no luck.

How do I go about buying a European ps store card? Is it different than buying a US one?
