This is Option Video footage.
Just buy Option videos, there is Option Video International or you could also buy the japanese dvd's on ebay for example.

You can buy them in the USA or in the UK aswell. check out DUKE video for example.

EDIT : Duke video doesn't have them, but I found this one :

BUY them, don't download them. That is ruining the business ( best motoring international is a good example )

that only downloads it for Google Video Player. I need a download which i can save in My Videos or something

Select download to PSP or iPod then, it will save it to disk, just in mp4 format.
