do you mean without the image size below it? or actually framed?

if you mean without the image size then when you next upload a photo onto image shack after it has been uploaded there will be an option to remove the black bar, from then on the black bar will be removed,


To frame a photo, you can use most photo editing programs like Photoshop to add a border to the outside
