Drag tracks

Regarding these races,where are the drag races/tracks located and are they multiplayer,2-player or just single player events.I`ve been playing the game for a long time but never looked for any of these events!!They are good fun in forza4 so thought i`d have a go at them in gt5.

There aren't really any drag feature in GT5.

You can go online, and find people doing drag races at Top Gear, SSR7, Indy, the new Special Stage Route X, Sarthe etc...
 
Depends on what drag you want to do.. If it's the 1/4 go to SSRX or Indy.. If it's longer distance your after SSRX or SSR7 :)
 
As 90% of Drag Racing is reaction time to the green light (ask any NHRA/IHRA driver) and there is no proper "christmas tree", drag racing in GT5 is not very realistic. If you cross a line in NHRA or IHRA you are immediately DQ'ed. If you launch .0001 seconds early you are "RED LIGHTED". Where is the "Burnout Box", How can you launch with cold tires? There really is no Drag Racing in GT5, In my opinion what people are calling "Drag Racing" is nothing more than a 1/4 mile sprint at best.
This is too bad, as Bracket racing would be very fun. Guess your ET, drive the 1/4 mile, try to get as close to your time without going under.
