Sage, your "white walls" reminded me of something. My restrooms would have car themes. I'd have one that was all red and yellow, Ferrari style. I'd have reall Ferrari merchandise all over, a Pinninfarina-designed toilet, tub/shower, and sink (Built by Kohler, of course), and I'd have that leather that they use and carbon fiber all over. I'm not sure what my walls would be made of though. I want it to ve fiber glass, sanded perfectly smooth, and having that Ferrari red paint--clearcoat and all. Yes, I'd be content waxing my bathroom walls. The fiber glass would be rally echoey though. Regular old drywall would be much quieter, but I don't know if I could sand it smooth enough for a proper car paint look.
Anyway, my other bathroom would be all Porsche. The same stuff, but the toilet, tub and sink would have a Porsche themed design. Smooth curves and such, as opposed to the sharper and crisper lines of the Ferrari room. I'm not really sure what my color would be--pure white (to capture that pure sports car feel), or silver (Porsche's "color" you could say). I'd have some alcantra leather instead of that fancy stuff from Ferrari, less CF, and more aluminum and stainless (I see Porsche as a more modern materialed and cooler company, whereas Ferrari uses warmer colors and classier materials).
I could tell you about the rest of the house, muchless the garage. Then again, I could also write a book about it. What do you think about my bathrooms? I forgot to mention the third one--Lamborghini. Bright pearl yellow, sharp angles and lines, black leather and aluminum accents...
