Nope, it has always been that you can enter a photo only once. I think you are confusing this with the rule that (in most comps anyway) you can change your photo once (thus using two shots in a week).

I think you should still try aTP, you never know.

Optimism doesn't work for me in any sorta game/comp. I know when I CAN and can't win, I never put enough effort into these photos, not the most passionate about photography anyway, Plus my ps2 is dead
