hey people. I just thought I'd ask the gtprofessionals a question or 2 about my drifting as of late. I started drifting in 2002 in gt3 and got pretty darn good, especially with the ease of gt3 power over methods. then came the low-power, simulation-tire crazy where any stock car on sims could slide. I finally got my dfp working but im really not that good on 900 degree mode and drifting is real hard with FR cars on the wheel. maybe im using too heavily tuned cars and should start with lower hp cars. But to the POINT my questions are these: #1. my dfp has nowhere to mount in the room where the ps2 is. its at a funny angle and i have no desk/table/stand so i drift at my friends whenever i get the chance. the wheel has actually pretty much just been at his place since i got it up and going. Is the investment of space and money worth it for a playseat??? #2. Also I've found that I'm almost as good as ill ever be on the ds2. Should i give up drifting on the dfp altogether? i mean to me the realism of the wheel is great but is it worth the time investment of basically re-learning the gran dorifto?!??!1/!!!111!?
