thanks for the advice JK, golded deep valley raceway but struggling on laguna seca, whats the best car to use in your opinion?

Deep Forest using the Mitsubishi Lancer and Laguna Seca using any car you wish.

For Deep Forest, I'm using the 07 Evo Premium and broke the 10K mark with it. I haven't done much with setup, just a basic drift setup. With some work, I may be able to break 14K, but I doubt I'll get much more than that.

For Laguna Seca, I used the SL600, golded it, but not getting as much as I can. Funny thing is that I was using the SL600 in a drift room on Laguna Seca on Tuesday night and then they use it in the DT! I can't say I was happy with that track choice, especially the sections we have to do the DT on. The corkskrew...

Only just managed to gold the laguna seca drift that were a nightmare i used the aem s2000 with custom drift set-up courtesy of a close friend

Good job! I need higher power cars to do these. I have 2 accounts and used the SL600 on both. Got 8500 and 8492... guess I hit my max for that car! LOL

On the Deep Forest, the lack of power drove me nuts, but I got a little over 13,400 on my 2nd account and 12,xxx on my main account, so I'm calling it a day on that one.

I know what you mean, I've always made it clear that I'm inconsistant and still learning, so nobody mistakes me for being a good drifter. My best scores usually come after 30 minutes of practice, but then I can't do any better for that session.

In on-line rooms people always like to tandem... I can't lead or follow! I guess I need to use lower powered cars for that, but every time I break out my AE86, they decide to have a drifting race.

LOL Try and go with something like the new camaro or the rx7 tc i think there great for drifting and both have a little grunt to them too
