Can anyone do a real drift with a fr car in Gran turismo 2? I can't!

The only car I can drift in Gran turismo 2 is a Mine's Lancer with all tunes!!!

yeah i can all you have to do is equip sports tires and the car will drift like an GT3 car. also shut off the asc and the tcs.

i actually love drifting in gt2 cuz of the car selection.
i love rippin around in my sileighty.
gt2 has sweet real life drift cars...dope game

I was playing GT2 for a while and building a drift only garage. Like it was said earlier, I still play that game just for the huge selection of cars. The other tracks are good too.

and try setting the default camera to "chase 2" then while racing choose the behind the car view and ull get a whole new take on drifting....its a camera angle i wish they put in GT3 too:(

Drifting in GT2 is easier then in GT3...

Only thing is, I don't have Dual Shock 1, so I can't use analog on it, and once you go analog, you don't go back.

Can I slap somebody at Polyphony for not including SILEIGHTY? Will anybody be mad at me... *searches for cheap tickets*

While you're at it, slap them for getting the spoon s2k and civic type r's redlines wrong. Also, slap them for not making user customizable cars available in I-link races.

Drifting in 2 is completely different then in 3...

But 2 was neat because of the Motor Sports Land track that seamed as though it was made for drifting. Ever race this track?

Go to Arcade mode, load your garage, then go to Time Trial. It'll be in there somewhere.
