Drifting setup (i need some help)

My current setup is
(still a work in progress, but this seems to be in the right direction of my liking)

Suspension

-20 (Ride Height Adj) -14
6.5 (Spring Rate) 5.6
5 (Dampers E) 5
5 (Dampers C) 5
3 (Anti Roll) 3

0.4 (Camber) 0.6
0.04 (Toe) 0.22

Stock trans atm

Tires: Comfort medium in front and conformt hard in rear

I just use manual and keep it in a certain gear all the way around the turn and just let it rev until is grips.

Oh and have every performance mod on the car

Edit: Took off stage 3 turbo for stock and it seemed to do alot better.

It would also help if you have tyres with better grip on the front and adjust the brakes with higher pressure on the rear.

Thanks man, i started experimenting with different front tires and comfort soft seem to help me hold my drifts alot more but wasnt too much grip.
