I got a PS3 for my son this Christmas, with lots of games, with a logitech wireless wheel.I had a go on GT5 and now im hooked! Play when ever i can, upto level 31 A spec, but one thing ive really noticed at night when ive had a few beers,im all over the place! So ive stopped drinking and driving, with great results! Any of you Drink and Drive.

Someone posted a thread on this before I am sure, I'll see if I can find it.

Drinking and Driving

Only took a few seconds, you would have found it too if you had searched.;)

YES! not all the time, but during A spec if I'm drunk it doesn't matter. Its just not hard enough.

I sometimes drink and drive online which I find as great fun. I am a clean racer and I find that online is where the challenge is. I usually put on some good music, sit down at my wheel, and start drinking! It actually helps me to a point, I wouldn't say I start swerving all over the place. If I didn't tell you, you wouldn't know I was drinking. I enjoy drinking with mates and playing video games, I start to become very competitive.

So in short, I find it great fun to drink and drive......In GT5 of course :)

LOL... I had a bottle of jack and a 2 liter of wild cherry pepsi in the fridge the one night i was off work.. I was playing GT5 and I was like ehh what the hell. Mixed up a quick drink... then another.. then another.. MAN it was getting bad!!!!

I did ALOT of races with my ZR1 RM at indy for credits until i had enough for the FGT. (this wasnt long after the game came out)

I obviously bought the FGT, even though i dont remember buying it lol

Anyways, i was going to give it a shot at doing the grand valley speedway race of the gran turismo all stars race. I was obviously using my formula GT. The BEST i could do was 10th lol. I still got the replay, and watching it there a Audi R8 race car (not the lmp car or whatever) that was in last place besides me and i couldnt even pass it for a lap or two. I was in the grass and wall! I did it the next day with a slower car and it was cake. If i get bored enough i might upload one of the replays from Indy when i was drunk and could hardly drive that track haha.
