Time trial challenges might be a good place start as you have something to aim for and its just you on track so if you make a mistake no big deal just reset and try again. I said it before when I first started I was worried how I would handle the hyper cars but now the only car I have trouble with is the Koenigsegg one:1. I once got 2nd place in a challenge with 410 people in it and that was with a pad.

Good news is that on Driveclub official twitter they have confirmed that they will be adding more cars after July.
 
"Driveclub 2 updates were missing from the list above and have now been added:

» Adds an option to toggle Ghosts by using Left on the D-Pad.
» (already mentioned above) Photo-mode improvements: You can now apply auto-focus by using R3 (and while it will be on by default you can still choose to set the focus manually)."

They could have done better with the sound for that 370Z. Sounds like a generic sample was used for it.

Well, to be fair, the 370Z never sounded good imho, so they did a good job :lol:.
 
Guys I need some help please. The last update I have installed is update 1.16. This evening I tried to update to version 1.18 but its downloading the entire 10.57gb update.
I only need 2 updates - 1.17 (0.1gb) and 1.18 (0.42gb).
I know its re downloading the entire 10 gigs because it got to 2gb and I stopped it. I'm on a capped internet connection and can't re download all the updates.

Any help would be appreciated.

Chap it's just a little glitch. It won't download the entire 10gb, just what's left of it.

Stop using capped Telkom ADSL, Afrihost Business line :p

There's a bug where if you download 2 update or more, you have to download the whole lot! Try & download each new update as it's released until this bug is fixed.

Sorry I haven't got any better news for you.

I'm surprisingly not bothered about any of the cars in this pack, just interested in the tour events. :)

Me too. It may sound weird, but this time the only car I care about is the Z06 and that's just a different version of the C7.

I really want to try the 570S as it's the first time it's been featured in any game. The rest are sort of "Been there, drove that" in some form.
 
@MeanElf , I tried phoning sony regarding my stars issue and they said my online profile got corrupted somehow, said they will try and fix it but no promises on their end. :(

Thanks for the help guys. Much appreciated. Saved me from making a backup of the PS4 to external Hd and then a restore.

No Telkom Lines in my area yet unfortunately. Rely on LTE.

Me too but if not I ain't too fussed! The stars are great and all but for me personally I just love the events Evo come up with! :D It's a shame I have no interest in the community events.
