Each one of the race series has a specific B-Spec level that your overall B-Spec level has to be to enter. It would benefit you to have drivers near your overall B-Spec level to make it a bit easier to win these races.
The other thing that can make up for lower level Bobs is the fact that you can just throw Bob in a maxed out car that is tuned way above the competition and just blow them away usually. You might have to pace him down a few times to get him cool, but for the most part B-Spec for me, is just a way to get credits, the cool trophy for maxing out a B-Spec driver's experience and the prize cars. 👍
Plus, the fact that only one set of Endurances has to be completed to count towards the "All Gold" trophy, so I'm not trapped into running the A-Spec Endurances, since I completed all of the B-Spec Endurances already.
