Drivers list little yellow dots

Hello,
I have started a few days ago to share my bobs. Since then I cannot receive prizes or put them to do MY B-spec because they are always in someone's race eheh. But thats not about it, it's about those 3 yellow dots at the bottom of each driver... what are they for?

thanks. at first I thought that was the max number of races that they are participating at the moment, but would be stupid to be in few races at the same time and I couldn't even use it too...
