Drivetrain/Tranny problems

It seems as if whenever I take a tranny, engine, drivetrain and put it in another car 80% of the time the car its put in will drive backwards when accelerating. For example, my elise with the storm engine, and stock drivetrain/tranny. It goes backwards!!! I really want to make the car a MR for drifting, any clues as to why this is happening??? Thanks.

Go into the settings menu and go to the tranny tuner (in game). If the lines that are usually on it arent there, Move the Autoset up one then move it back. This should fix the problem...

Let me ask, how are U building the hybrids, GS2 or sharkport? If your using MK's what version?

If you are using a hiddden car tranny, the Game screws up and makes everything 65.xxx gear ratios.
